SALES MANAGER

What you’ll be doing

    • Acquire deals from existing retailers such as restaurants, traders and general stores all around Singapore
    • Closely engage with and provide expert consultation to merchants operating online stores on Qoo10
    • Build and maintain meaningful partnerships with merchants for online marketing campaigns
    • Closely liaise with marketing teams to execute integrated promotional campaigns
    • Identify and grow opportunities within your purview and collaborate across sales teams to ensure continuous growth for the company

What we’re looking for

    • A track record of success as a sales representative or sales manager
    • The ability to sell our platform to merchants as a proven method of increasing traffic and exposure for their online store and its listings
    • A constant drive to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
    • A proven ability to see the sales process through from start to end
    • Prior experience in e-commerce environments will be favourable
    • Deep understanding and experience in retail and wholesale operations

Category Manager (Marketing)

The ideal candidate will be very analytical, able to identify business insights, opportunities and priorities from data. You should be a self-starter, detail-oriented and customer-focused, with the ability to work and influence other teams at all levels of the organization. As Category Manager, You will be responsible to determine what your category looks like, how products are found, displayed, and finally marketed to Qoo10 users at platform. Your goal is to make our sites the most compelling destination online to shop your assortments and grow the organic sales through platform navigations, content creation and keyword searches.

What you’ll be doing

    • Identify new market segments and trendy keywords through data-driven analysis of the market and category behaviour
    • Focus on customer experience to enhance customer journey at Qoo10 platform
    • Work on projects closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve maximum ROI for target keywords
    • Have an understanding in category management- drive progress going down to sub categories and in-depth analysis in detail to fill category gaps
    • Manage on-site product display and presentation, and drive requirements into the keyword search and browse experience (Taxonomy, Navigation, Tagging, Attributes)
    • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
    • Ensure that the category is well represented
    • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
    • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
    • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights for organic SEO success
    • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
    • Research and analyze competitor advertising links

What we’re looking for

      • Be an industry expert with at least 2+ years of progressive work experience, in Men’s and Women’s fashion
      • Have good understanding of category operations and how each part of ecosystem work both separately and collectively
      • Comes with good understanding of past, current, and potential trends
      • Strong analytical skillset; ability to identify relevant data sources and extract insights from data
      • Proven SEO/SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google
      • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

What you’ll be doing

    • Primarily selling Qoo10’s financial and strategic-partners’ products. Key products include Credit Cards, Insurance, Logistics Solutions and Related Advertising Media
    • Build and establish strong relationships between the company and key accounts such as banks, financial aggregators, and insurance institutions to drive revenue
    • Execute sales management, operations of direct sales, and coordination of acquisition and usage campaigns
    • Execute effective sales management plans to achieve acquisition and sales targets, while develop budgets for marketing campaigns
    • Execute innovative ideas in improving sales opportunities, customer engagement strategies and general productivity
    • Prepare necessary reports for tracking of key performance indicators

What we’re looking for

    • Degree or diploma in any field
    • Knowledge in financial aspects of banking and insurance is preferred
    • Experience in digital sales is preferred

    • At least 2 years of working experience, with a diploma or degree from a recognised institution

    • A teachable, passionate, and mature individual with a level head and a can-do spirit

Customer Service Executive

What you’ll be doing

    • Support frontline and backend customer service.
    • Responsible for resolution of customers’ inquiries and disputes.
    • Work with inter-departments and external merchants to assist customers in resolving dispute cases.
    • Ensure all service interaction with customers, internal parties and external parties and recorded and updated in system.
    • Ensure all escalations are registered and follow up within acceptable service standards.
    • Facilitating forwarding and transfer of parcels involved in dispute cases between involved parties

What we’re looking for

    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
    • Candidate needs to possess 2 years or more relevant experience in the customer service or service industry.

What you’ll be doing

    • Support marketing and promotion teams for all graphic design needs
    • Understand creative direction and communication objectives according to marketing needs, and
    • Conceptualise and execute creative and effective graphic artwork out of design briefs

What we’re looking for

    • At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within an ad agency, e-commerce or digital environment
    • A strong passion for web-based creative design, such as banner ads
    • The ability to multi-task and independently prioritise work in a fast-paced environment
    • Expert proficiency in CSS, HTML, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator is a must
    • Expertise in other multimedia software, e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro will be favourable
